To access your patient portal, please remember to provide your email address to the office upon intake. After doing so, you will be emailed a unique Security Code which will be used along with our Practice ID (MARYLANDRETINA) to access your information. Please note that the information for creating your account is case-sensitive.
Using your existing credentials, log into https://www.mypatientvisit.com.
If you have any issues, please feel free to call the office or email us directly at marylandretinainstitute@gmail.com for assistance. On your portal, you will be able to communicate directly with the office and your doctor as well as have access to your office notes.
